Glad to see a team up   . Perhaps a brief story for your team if possible, and some artwork (even simple will do) to show your team's spirit would be the next step, just develop your team post more   . Your recruits are often more attracted by imagery than by necessity.
Another thing, you posted on the wrong section, when you start a new team you need to post on Team registration.
